Academy Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Nature of Service

This platform operates as a private educational environment. The courses offered across /academy (both free and paid) are designed strictly for educational, informational, and skill-development purposes. We provide no guarantees regarding specific career, employment, or financial outcomes upon completion.

2. Content Modification Rights

The Administrator/Author reserves the absolute right to:

  • Modify, update, or remove modules and lessons within any active course.
  • Alter evaluation structures, grading criteria, or certificate acquisition requirements.
  • Decommission or withdraw entire courses from the active catalogue if they are deemed obsolete or if platform restructuring is required.

The user acknowledges and accepts that the educational content provided is a “living asset” and may undergo structural changes to enhance its overall quality, relevance, or technical currency.

3. Access Limits and course Lifecycle

The term “Lifetime Access” refers specifically to the operational lifecycle of the course within the platform, not the lifespan of the user. Should we choose to discontinue or withdraw a specific course for which a user has paid a tuition or enrollment fee, appropriate compensation alternatives will be provided (such as access to an alternative course via a Swap arrangement); however, perpetual availability of any specific curriculum track is not guaranteed.

4. Intellectual Property

All academic materials hosted across this ecosystem (including video streams, texts, proprietary code repositories, templates, and downloadable resources) are the exclusive intellectual property of the Author or are used under strict legal licensing. It is strictly prohibited to extract, download, distribute, resell, or share account authentication credentials with third parties. Detection of such practices will result in the immediate termination of the student account without any right to a refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

The academy assumes no liability for service interruptions driven by server maintenance, technical failure, infrastructure updates, or force majeure events. Furthermore, we hold no responsibility or liability for how the user applies, interprets, or implements the knowledge, frameworks, or code blocks acquired throughout these training pathways.
