Academy Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Payment

Paid courses on this platform represent an honourary fee towards service maintenance and creator support. As these are digital assets designed for immediate consumption, refund policies are strictly enforced to prevent misuse.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer a 100% refund within the first 14 days of purchase, provided that ALL of the following conditions are fully met:

• The user has progressed through less than 20% of the course content (as recorded by the LMS tracking engine).
• The final examination has not been completed, and the official Certificate has not been generated.
• Exclusive attached resources and downloadable materials have not been accessed or downloaded.

3. Cancelled or Withdrawn courses

In the exceptional event that the platform decides to decommission or withdraw a paid course from the active catalogue:

• Purchases within the last 3 months: You are entitled to request a full refund or an exchange for any other available course.
• Purchases older than 3 months: Access to an alternative course of similar or higher value will be automatically offered (Swap).

4. Content Modifications

Routine updates, additions, or modifications to lessons within an active course are classified as service enhancements and do not constitute valid grounds for a refund request.
