THIS WEBSITE IS ONLY A DEMO!. This website is an interactive portfolio and DEMO created exclusively to showcase the technical, design, and professional skills of Jairo Hernández. No part of this platform constitutes a real business, commercial operation, or official corporate entity.

Any brands, trademarks, corporate names, or logos displayed herein are the property of their respective owners. They are used strictly for illustrative, educational, and portfolio purposes. Their inclusion does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, association, or liability on their part.

This website holds no legal, binding, or commercial effect whatsoever. No services, transactions, or agreements offered or simulated on this platform are real.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using F1 Unlocked (the “Site”), you (the “Member”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Notice, and our Regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease using the Site immediately.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND REGISTRATION

  • Member Account: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted only one Member account. Multiple accounts created to exploit the points system (Laps/Hotlaps) will be terminated.

3. THE ECONOMY: LAPS & HOTLAPS

  • Nature of Points: Laps (Status Points) and Hotlaps (Redeemable Currency) are virtual tokens of engagement and have no cash value. They cannot be traded, sold, or transferred outside the Site.
  • Reset Policy: As outlined in our Regulations, certain point balances may be subject to a seasonal reset (Annual Reset) to maintain competitive balance.
  • Revocation: We reserve the right to audit and revoke points if we detect “farming,” botting, or any exploitation of technical bugs.

4. MEMBER CONDUCT & COMMUNITY

  • BuddyBoss Integration: As a social platform, Members must interact respectfully. Harassment, hate speech, or the impersonation of F1 drivers, officials, or staff is strictly prohibited.
  • The “Black Flag” Rule: Any Member found to be compromising the integrity of the Site through technical exploits or toxic behaviour will face immediate account suspension or permanent ban.

5. USER-GENERATED CONTENT (UGC)

  • By posting content (photos, videos, or comments) on F1 Unlocked, you grant Formula One Digital Media Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and promote said content.
  • You represent that you own the rights to any material you upload. We are not liable for any copyright infringement caused by Member-provided material.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All branding, logos, HUD designs, and technical content on the Site are the exclusive property of Formula One Digital Media Limited or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction of the “F1 Unlocked” interface or assets is strictly prohibited.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Technical Performance: F1 Unlocked is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for technical failures, “lag,” or data loss that may occur during Quests, Quizzes, or Arcade sessions.
  • Third-Party Links: The Site may contain links to external partners. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party content.

8. MODIFICATIONS

Formula One Digital Media Limited reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via the community activity feed or email. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
