REGULATIONS
F1 UNLOCKED: OFFICIAL ACTIVITY RULES & CODE OF CONDUCT
Below, F1 UNLOCKED outlines the binding rules, conditions, and requirements for participating in this activity. By engaging with this session, participants (hereinafter "Drivers") agree to the following:
1. Entry Limits & Integrity Check
• One Entry Policy: Each Driver may participate only once per activity.
• Anti-Fraud Protocol: If the use of multiple email addresses, botting, or identity spoofing is detected, the account will be flagged. F1 UNLOCKED reserves the right to revoke all accumulated Laps and Hotlaps, and permanently ban the user from the Paddock.
2. Rewards & Technical Availability
• Non-Transferability: All rewards (Digital Badges, Credits, or Mystery Boxes) are strictly non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Availability: Rewards are subject to stock and technical availability. F1 UNLOCKED reserves the right to substitute any reward with an alternative of equal or greater value without prior notice.
3. User-Generated Content & Intellectual Property
• Rights Clearance: By uploading material (images, text, or designs), the user warrants that they own all rights to said content.
• Grant of License: Participation implies an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license for Formula One Digital Media Limited to use, reproduce, and display the material for promotional purposes.
• Disclaimer: Formula One Digital Media Limited disclaims all liability arising from the nature or copyright status of material provided by the user.
4. Acceptance of Sporting Regulations
• Engagement in any activity implies full knowledge and unconditional acceptance of these rules, the general Terms and Conditions, and the Privacy Notice.
• Data Usage: Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how telemetry and personal data are processed to enhance your experience.
5. System Failure & Force Majeure
• F1 UNLOCKED is not responsible for technical malfunctions, server downtime, or "Lag" that may affect a Driver's performance or result.
• In the event of a system-wide error, F1 UNLOCKED reserves the right to void the results of the affected session to maintain the competitive integrity of the platform.
6. Discretionary Authority & Amendments
• Formula One Digital Media Limited reserves the right to modify, extend, postpone, or annul any activity, requirement, or term at its sole discretion.
• Any changes will be effective immediately upon being updated in these rules. It is the Driver's responsibility to review the regulations before starting a new stint.
7. Prohibited Conduct (The Black Flag)
• Any attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit bugs, or use "Dark Patterns" to gain an unfair advantage in Laps or Hotlaps will result in an immediate "Black Flag" (permanent disqualification) from the Season 2026.
