The ultimate objective for any premier sporting event is achieving a complete sell-out. To reach full capacity, we needed to capitalise on the momentum of the global Formula 1 calendar and leverage the immense local fervour surrounding Mexican driver Sergio 'Checo' Perez. The challenge was to construct a highly agile marketing framework capable of deploying aggressive, real-time promotional offers tied to unpredictable, live race outcomes, all whilst maintaining the brand's premium visual standards.
I orchestrated and executed a complex, reactive digital advertising strategy driven by dynamic promotional pricing. Capitalising on the high-traffic moments of other Grand Prix weekends, I deployed a series of aggressive, time-sensitive discount campaigns designed to drive immediate ticket sales.
My role blended strategic coordination with hands-on execution. I personally designed and managed an expansive digital library of over 20 bespoke creative concepts, scaling them into countless variations to accommodate every possible discount tier and race scenario. Crucially, I integrated real-time sporting performance into our commercial strategy: if Checo Perez achieved a specific podium position, we instantly activated corresponding, pre-approved promotional creatives offering bespoke discounts. This rapid-response, agile marketing methodology successfully transformed live sporting excitement into immediate commercial conversion, ultimately securing a fully sold-out event.
