The goal was to launch the official Formula 1 merchandise store in Mexico, transforming a standard e-commerce platform into a premium and functional shopping experience. The main challenge was integrating the operational complexity of e-commerce (payments, shipping, and tracking) with a high-fidelity visual interface befitting a global brand, ensuring a seamless and secure flow from user arrival to order confirmation.
I executed a complete implementation of the store within the Shopify ecosystem, taking responsibility for both the visual design and the technical architecture:
+ Visual Brand Standardization: I developed the graphic design guidelines for the store, creating all the necessary assets: from logos and favicons to hero sliders and web-optimized product photography, maintaining the aesthetic consistency of F1.
+ Front-End Development and Customization: I selected and implemented a Shopify template, which was heavily modified with custom HTML and CSS to overcome the limitations of the base design and create a unique, conversion-oriented interface.
+ Technical and Operational Setup: I managed the complete store setup, including connecting secure payment gateways, configuring shipping and logistics methods, and synchronizing inventory.
+ Marketing and Analytics Ecosystem: I implemented tracking pixels for Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads, ensuring complete traceability of the sales funnel for optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
