With the website ready, the challenge was to activate the data acquisition machinery for a historic event. The goal was to generate a massive database of motorsport enthusiasts in record time, competing in a saturated digital ecosystem. We needed a content and advertising strategy that would not only generate clicks, but real and verifiable conversions, coordinating data traceability with OCESA standards.
I designed and executed a comprehensive Performance Marketing strategy, assuming full responsibility for the conversion funnel:
+ Creative Strategy & Copywriting: I developed the creative concept and wrote persuasive copy focused on urgency and a sense of belonging, such as: ‘Register and secure your spot at this historic event. Experience the excitement of the NASCAR Series in Mexico!’
+ Multiplatform Ecosystem: I set up and managed lead generation campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads, as well as an email campaign, adapting the visual language and tone of voice to the specific audiences of each network.
+ Operational Partnership Management: I coordinated with the OCESA team the technical implementation and continuous monitoring of registration flows, ensuring seamless integration between our campaigns and their validation systems.
+ Conversion Optimization: I monitored ad performance (CTR and CPA) in real time, adjusting creatives and targeting to maximize budget and ensure lead quality.
