The challenge was a race against time: to build and launch the official NASCAR Mexico 2025 website in a record time of less than 15 days. Starting from scratch, the goal was to have a robust, bilingual, and legally secure platform before the official launch of the event. It wasn't just about aesthetics; the site had to be the central hub for capturing first-party data and the central resource for media, all under extreme delivery pressure.
I implemented an agile development methodology to cover all layers of the project, from infrastructure to advanced analytics:
Development and Infrastructure: I managed domain acquisition and deployed a WordPress architecture with a custom, optimized template. I structured critical sections: Home, a dynamic Press Room, and a registration flow with Thank You Pages for conversion.
+ Compliance and Legal: I coordinated with the legal department the drafting and integration of Terms and Conditions, Privacy Notices, and the implementation of a cookie management system (Consent Mode) to ensure data protection from day one.
+ Data Architecture and Tracking: I configured and implemented tracking pixels and conversion events for Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics, creating the necessary foundation for retargeting campaigns and ROI measurement.
+ Content Management and Media Kit: I designed a functional press area with media kit downloads and constant press release uploads, ensuring that media outlets had immediate access to high-quality assets.
+ Localization: I implemented a multilingual system (Spanish/English) to give international reach to the most important motorsport category in Mexico.
