// THE_CHALLENGE

The main challenge was modernizing the digital identity of one of Mexico's largest financial institutions during a critical technological transition. The previous visual system suffered from both aesthetic and technical fragmentation: the graphic elements (icons and logos) were not displaying correctly due to browser compatibility issues from 2014. My goal as a designer was to eliminate this visual inconsistency, refresh a brand that felt outdated, and create a graphic system capable of scaling seamlessly across different platforms and resolutions.

// STRATEGY & EXECUTION

Optimize the current social media customer service process by reviewing it and building a specialized team that will allow us to provide immediate responses.

– Improve efficiency in contacting users to provide quick and specific support to resolve their problems or questions.

– Enhance two-way communication, both from us (Enlace TP) to our clients and prospects, and from them to us.

– Personalization and Engagement: our users expect personalized attention, and achieving this will foster greater brand loyalty.

– Positioning and a Positive Reputation: it is crucial to maintain a healthy, solid, and respected brand image online.
