Managing the digital presence and sales flow for Mexico's largest and most exclusive sporting event: Formula 1. The challenge was to build a sales environment that met F1's rigorous global branding standards while navigating the technical complexity of Ticketmaster's CMS. We needed a flawless platform that projected luxury and speed, capable of guiding thousands of users through a high-demand purchasing process without any visual or structural errors.
As the site’s design and architecture lead, I implemented a Branding and Native Development strategy focused on a premium user experience:
+ Art Direction and Graphic Guidelines: I created exclusive visual style guides for the sales site, ensuring consistency across all assets: from logo and favicon design to product photography and high-impact promotional slides.
+ Technical Implementation on a Native CMS: I structured and programmed the entire site within Ticketmaster’s content management system, configuring each page, navigation settings, and user flow to guarantee stability and speed.
+ Digital Asset Curation: I generated and optimized the entire visual inventory for the different ticket types and zones (Paddock, Grandstands, Hospitality), ensuring that each image helped reduce buyer hesitancy and accelerate conversion.
+ Information Architecture: I designed a logical navigation structure within the limits of the CMS so that the user could find their ticket and benefits information immediately, while maintaining the prestige of the F1 brand.
