Following the Grand Prix, Formula One Management (FOM) required comprehensive, actionable feedback from attendees to accurately evaluate the spectator experience. The challenge was to design and deploy a post-race satisfaction survey to a massive audience, ensuring the communication was visually engaging, strictly adhered to global F1 brand guidelines, and successfully cut through post-event email fatigue to secure a robust, statistically significant response rate.
I directed the digital design and mass delivery of this critical global feedback initiative. Working from the core parameters and links provided by FOM, I designed a clean, conversion-focused email architecture that clearly communicated the value of the fan’s voice.
I managed the technical deployment and strategic distribution to a targeted database of approximately 380,000 contacts. By focusing on a frictionless user journey and optimal email deliverability, the campaign successfully funnelled massive traffic to the survey portal. The deployment ultimately generated over 4,200 detailed, completed surveys. This vast capture of first-hand qualitative and quantitative data provided FOM and local promoters with invaluable business intelligence to refine future operational, commercial, and marketing strategies.
