Formula One Management (FOM) developed the official F1 Grand Prix application to elevate the digital, on-site experience for attending fans. The objective was to successfully launch and promote this global product specifically to the Mexican market. The challenge lay in taking overarching global brand assets and executing a comprehensive, culturally resonant omnichannel campaign across email, organic social media, and paid advertising to drive mass app downloads prior to the race weekend.
I orchestrated the regional rollout and digital promotion of the F1 Grand Prix App. Working directly with the master visual assets provided by FOM, I managed the strategic adaptation and linguistic localisation of all creative materials, ensuring they resonated powerfully with the Spanish-speaking fanbase whilst strictly adhering to global brand guidelines.
I resized and reformatted these master assets across a multitude of specifications to seamlessly fit diverse channel requirements. From this, I deployed a highly targeted paid media strategy, an engaging organic social media calendar, and conversion-focused email marketing workflows. By effectively bridging global creative direction with precise local execution, the campaign successfully drove app awareness, significantly boosted download volumes, and ultimately enhanced the connected fan experience at the circuit.
