LAPS (Status & Classification Unit)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Laps<\/strong> (points) represent your accumulated mileage and activity level on the digital track. Laps, badges and quests dictate your standing within the hierarchy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sporting Function:<\/strong> These with quest and badges determine your <strong>Rank (Tier)<\/strong>. The more Laps you record, the higher your standing\u2014evolving from a <em>Test Driver<\/em> to a <em>Legend of Racing<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Acquisition:<\/strong> Awarded for completing standard procedures: session logins, News Feed engagement, clearing Super License Quizzes, and setting times in the Arcade.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Technical Ceiling:<\/strong> The chassis is capped at a maximum of <strong>9,999 Laps<\/strong>. HOTLAPS (Exchange & Rewards Unit)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hotlaps<\/strong> (Credits) are the premium fuel required to access exclusive benefits. Unlike Laps, Hotlaps measure your accumulated capital for the internal marketplace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Commercial Function:<\/strong> This is your virtual currency. You may trade your Hotlaps in the <strong>Store<\/strong> for digital assets, Mystery Boxes, exclusive bundles, and once-in-a-lifetime VIP experiences.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Accumulation:<\/strong> Earned through special achievements, skill-based challenge victories, and as performance bonuses for achieving a Rank promotion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Persistence:<\/strong> Hotlaps <strong>do not expire<\/strong>.
