Nature of Payment<\/h2>\n    <p>Paid courses on this platform represent an <strong>honourary fee<\/strong> towards service maintenance and creator support. As these are digital assets designed for immediate consumption, refund policies are strictly enforced to prevent misuse.<\/p>\n<br>\n    <h2>2. Eligibility for Refunds<\/h2>\n    <p>We offer a 100% refund within the first <strong>14 days<\/strong> of purchase, provided that ALL of the following conditions are fully met:<\/p>\n    <ul>\n        <li>The user has progressed through less than <strong>20% of the course content<\/strong> (as recorded by the LMS tracking engine).<\/li>\n        <li>The final examination has not been completed, and the official Certificate has not been generated.<\/li>\n        <li>Exclusive attached resources and downloadable materials have not been accessed or downloaded.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n<br>\n    <h2>3. Cancelled or Withdrawn courses<\/h2>\n    <p>In the exceptional event that the platform decides to decommission or withdraw a paid course from the active catalogue:<\/p>\n    <ul>\n        <li>Purchases within the last 3 months: You are entitled to request a full refund or an exchange for any other available course.<\/li>\n        <li>Purchases older than 3 months: Access to an alternative course of similar or higher value will be automatically offered (Swap).<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n<br>\n    <h2>4.
